Changing up my routine a bit for the next few weeks. Quick cardio sessions in the morning at least 3 days a week before work (running 5K), and longer strength training sessions after work. Sometimes 2 sessions in one day. Anywhere from 1 - 1.5 hours per day, with one rest day per week. Hoping this will help kick start my metabolism in the AM!
Today: 5K check! One hour boot camp session tonight after work!
